For me, real estate has always been about more than houses. It’s about people, relationships, community, and helping others navigate some of life’s biggest transitions with confidence and care.

As a longtime Middle Tennessee real estate professional, I’m proud to serve the community that has played such an important role in my own life. My roots run especially deep in Rutherford County and Smyrna, and staying actively involved in the community is a big part of who I am, both personally and professionally.

I serve as a Board Member of the Senior Activity Center of Smyrna (SACS) and as Chair of its Development & Impact Committee. I’m also a member of the Rutherford County Council on Aging and serve as a Diplomat with the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce. These roles allow me to build meaningful relationships, support local organizations and businesses, and stay connected to the people and needs of our community.

I’m also the host of the Beyond the Contracts Podcast, where I share conversations about real estate, local businesses, community leaders, resources, and the people doing great things throughout Middle Tennessee. The name reflects the way I approach my real estate career: the relationship should go far beyond the closing table.

My creative side has also led me into the world of digital creation, where I design practical guides and resources to help people stay organized through different seasons and transitions in life.

Away from work and community involvement, I’ve been married to my husband for 35 years. We have two children, a wonderful daughter-in-love, and grand-puppies who bring plenty of personality to the family.

Whether I’m helping someone buy or sell a home, connecting people with a trusted local resource, serving alongside community leaders, or sitting down for a conversation on the podcast, my goal is simple: to make people feel heard, supported, and connected.

Because to me, real estate isn’t just about contracts. It’s about what happens beyond them.
